ToolKit Master is a mobile application that includes various everyday used tools. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our App.

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. If you do not agree with the terms of this Privacy Policy, please do not access the App.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information You Provide

ToolKit Master is designed to work without requiring any personal information from you. We do not ask for your name, email address, phone number, or any other personally identifiable information to use the App's tools.

Certain tools in the App use your device's hardware sensors. All sensor data is processed locally on your device in real-time and is never recorded, stored, or transmitted:

• Accelerometer / Gyroscope: Used for the Bubble Level tool
• Magnetic field sensor: Used for the Compass tool
• Microphone audio: Used for the Sound Meter tool to calculate decibel levels — audio is processed in real-time and never recorded or saved

2.4 Device Information & Advertising Data

We may collect non-personal information about your device, including:

• Device model and operating system version
• Device Advertising ID (for ad personalization)
• App version and usage statistics
• Ad interaction data (impressions, clicks)
• Approximate location (IP-based, for regional ad targeting)

3. Advertising and Third-Party Services

3.1 Google AdMob

ToolKit Master uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. The ad formats used are Banner ads (shown on tool screens) and Interstitial ads (full-screen, shown periodically between tool opens). AdMob may collect the following data to provide personalized or non-personalized ads:

• Device Advertising ID (for personalized or non-personalized ads)
• Device information (model, OS version, language)
• App usage data and ad interaction data
• IP address (for approximate location for regional ad targeting)

You may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings.

3.2 Google AdMob Privacy

Google AdMob operates under Google's Privacy Policy. For more information:

3.3 Other Third-Party Services

• Frankfurter API: Used for live currency exchange rates. This is a free, open-source API that does not collect personal data.
• Google Play Services: For app distribution and updates.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide and maintain the App's core functionality
• Save your tool usage history and favorite tools locally
• Remember your theme and haptic feedback preferences
• Improve and optimize the App's performance
• Display relevant advertisements to support the App's ongoing development
• Diagnose and fix crashes or technical issues

5. Data Storage and Security

5.1 Local Storage

All your tool history, favorites, settings, and cached data are stored locally on your device using Android's SharedPreferences and SQLite. We do not store this data on any remote server.

5.2 Clipboard Access

ToolKit Master allows you to copy results (conversions, generated passwords, QR codes, etc.) to your device's clipboard. This is a user-initiated action only. We do not access, read, or monitor your clipboard at any other time.

5.3 Data Security

We implement appropriate technical measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

6. Permissions Explained

The App requests the following Android permissions, each strictly limited to its purpose:

• INTERNET — Required for fetching live currency rates and loading ads.
• RECORD_AUDIO — Required only for the Sound Meter tool. Audio is processed in real-time; nothing is recorded or saved.
• CAMERA — Required only for the Flashlight tool on certain devices that utilize camera flash hardware.
• FLASHLIGHT — Required to control the device torch.
• VIBRATE — Required for the Vibration Test tool and haptic feedback.
• android.hardware.sensor.compass — Declared as optional for the Compass tool.

7. Your Data Protection Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights:

7.1 General Rights

• Access: You can access all your data within the App (history, favorites)
• Deletion: You can clear your history and remove favorites at any time within the App's Settings
• Correction: You can modify your app preferences (theme, haptic feedback) in Settings
• Export: You can export your data (favorites, history, settings) as a JSON file from Settings

7.2 GDPR Rights (for EU/EEA Users)

If you are a resident of the European Economic Area (EEA), you have the following data protection rights:

• The right to access, update, or delete your information
• The right of rectification
• The right to object to processing
• The right of restriction
• The right to data portability
• The right to withdraw consent

Since all your data is stored locally on your device, you have complete control. Uninstalling the App will remove all locally stored data.

7.3 U.S. State Privacy Rights (for U.S. Users)

If you are a resident of certain U.S. states — such as California (CCPA/CPRA), Virginia (VCDPA), Colorado (CPA), Connecticut (CTDPA), Utah (UCPA), and others with comparable privacy laws — you have the following rights regarding your personal information:

• Know / Access: The right to know what personal information is collected about you and whether it is sold or shared.
• Delete: The right to request deletion of your personal information (except data we are required to retain by law).
• Correct: The right to correct inaccurate personal information we hold about you.
• Opt-Out of "Sale" or "Sharing": The right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising or other targeted advertising purposes.
• Limit Use of Sensitive Personal Information: Where applicable, the right to limit the use of sensitive personal information.
• Non-Discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.

Exercising your rights: You may exercise these rights, or opt out of ad personalization, at any time directly within the App under Settings → "Privacy Options" (Google consent management), via your device's Settings → Google → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalization, or by emailing us at the address listed in Section 13. For California residents, after we receive your request, we will verify your identity and respond within the timeframes required by California law (generally 45 days).

7.4 Opting Out of Ads Personalization

You can opt out of personalized advertising at any time:

• Through your device settings (Android: Settings → Google → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalization)
• Through the App's Settings → "Privacy Options" (Google consent management)
• Through Google Ads Settings

8. Children's Privacy

Our App is not intended for use by children under the age of 13 (or 16 in the EU). We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.

9. U.S. State Age Verification Laws

In compliance with state laws such as Texas' App Store Accountability Act (Texas SB 2420) and similar laws in other U.S. states, Google Play may provide our App with age signals indicating a user's age range or parental consent status for users in applicable states.

Since ToolKit Master is a general utility app with no age-restricted content, we do not restrict access based on age signals beyond what is required by law. We do not sell or share age signal data with any third parties.

10. Data Retention

Data stored locally on your device (history, favorites, settings, cached currency rates) persists until you uninstall the App or clear the App's data via system settings. Ad-related data held by third parties (Google) is governed by their respective retention policies.

11. International Data Transfers

Your information, including personal data, may be transferred to — and maintained on — computers located outside of your state, province, country, or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction.

If you are located outside the United States and choose to provide information to us, please note that we transfer the data, including personal data, to the United States and process it there (for services like Google AdMob).

12. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date at the top. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.

Changes to this Privacy Policy are effective when they are posted on this page.

By using ToolKit Master, you consent to our Privacy Policy and agree to its terms. This App complies with the Google Play Developer Program Policies and all applicable laws and regulations regarding data protection.
