1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using PixelKit (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Abdulghani Mawlood ("we," "us," or "our").

2. Description of Service

PixelKit is a free Android application that provides a collection of image editing and utility tools. Features include image conversion, compression, resizing, filters, watermarks, collage creation, circle crop, image-to-PDF, background removal, EXIF metadata viewing, flip/rotate, blur/pixelate, text on image, image compare, and WiFi QR code generation. The App also includes an in-app File Manager to preview, save, share, and delete temporary output files.

All image processing is performed locally on your device. No images are uploaded to our servers. The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

3. User Content & Local Files

You retain all ownership rights to the images and content you process using PixelKit. We do not claim ownership of your content. All image processing is performed locally on your device.

PixelKit creates temporary output files in your device's temporary directory. You can manage these files through the in-app File Manager. Saving, sharing, or deleting files is your responsibility. Always back up your original images before processing.

PixelKit is supported by advertising. By using the App, you consent to the display of banner and interstitial advertisements through Google AdMob.

After you have successfully used several tools, PixelKit may politely ask you to rate the App on the Play Store. You can decline, and the prompt will not be shown again for a short period. Rating is entirely optional.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Abdulghani Mawlood and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, transmit, or exploit any of the App's material, except as permitted by these Terms.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

PixelKit is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, secure, or available at all times.

We do not warrant that the results obtained from using the App will be accurate, reliable, or meet your requirements. Image processing quality depends on the source image and the selected tool.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the App.

Important: Always back up your original images before processing. We are not responsible for data loss, image corruption, or any damages resulting from the use of the App.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.

You may also stop using the App at any time. Uninstalling the App will remove all locally stored data.

10. Data Deletion

All user data (favorites, recent tools, preferences, temporary files) is stored locally on your device. To delete all your data, simply uninstall the App from your device. There is no remote account or server data to delete.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

13. Third-Party Services

The App integrates with third-party services (such as Google AdMob and Google Play In-App Review) that have their own terms of service and privacy policies. Your use of these services is governed by their respective terms.
